Study On The Evaluation Of The Supply Chain's Coordination Effect

In the highly informationalized 21st century, supply chain management has already become a symbol in the management ages. Coordination is the core thought and the final purpose of supply chain management. But as a enterprise on the supply chain, how to judge the coordination effect of the supply chain, and how to find the problem in the supply chain, have become the key problems that need to solute.On the basis of investigations and refer to the former research works, the article has analyzed systematically the main factors which restrict the coordination of a supply chain and the restricting mechanisms from 7 aspects. According to the factors, the article has built an index system for coordination evaluation of a supply chain, and proposed the evaluation methods — DEA model. Meanwhile, this article has analyzed the DEA model using the harmonious analytical method and Lindo tool. In addition, the article resolves a concrete question using this evaluation system. In a sense, this evaluation methods can give the references to a supply chain's core enterprise that how to appraise the coordination effect and how to check the coordination problem of a supply chain.
