A Study On Combined Optimization Of The Project Network Plan

In this article we study the combined optimization of the network plan. By planning the time, cost, resource indices we can effectively control the project. It is useful in project management of engineering items. Hereby the editor have ripe experience in using of network plan and reading a mass of literatures. After this we discuss and establish the network combined optimizing system base on the system analyzing and planning. We get a series of schemes when we optimize the time, cost, and resources. Then we used the theory to learn the schemes characteristic. That is the process of self-organizing. We can build the model of unisonous degree to show the total contribution from the three targets. The last step is that we get the most satisfied schemes by comparing the value of unisonous degree. At the end of article the editor give an typical example and approving conclusion. The method introduced in this article is feasible in combined optimizing of the network plan. It also solve the clash in three indices. Further we investigate and verify the meaning of the network planning technique in application and practice.
