Security organization, set up social security system linking up city and rural, by the farmer-laborers requirement and the country reality, gradually take the three sorts farmer-laborers in social security system, put the farmer-laborers into social security system progressively. Fourth take vigorous employment policy, strengthen the linking between the output rural and the input city, organize rural labor to output with organization, vigorously to promote the employment of farmer-laborers.
