Studies On The Present Situation And The Future Strategy Of Vegetable Exportation In Hulunber City

The acreage of export vegetable bases in Hulunber city become bigger and bigger since 1996 and it trends to develop faster. This abates relative seasonal surplus of vegetable production. However, some problems such as quantity and quality of vegetable production, make it difficult to reach a new step for vegetable exportation in Hulunber city.This paper investigates the different lays of producers and managers of vegetable production for exportation and analyzes the correlated information in Hulunber city. It indicates that the problems of export vegetables include: the lack of unified service of vegetable production and management, small scale of vegetable production and less market, the lack of demand of market of vegetable post harvest management, shortage of vegetable storage ability, the behind of extractive vegetable processing, the lack of leading enterprise, lower degree of farmer systematization, the lack of the consultative information system of vegetable export. On this bases of fully analyze, the paper enumerate several classic examples of export vegetable development, such as sustain of government and leading of agricultural department, close down model base running, company plus farmer model and project driving model. Put forward the strategy of healthy development of export vegetable industry in Hulunber city. The strategy as follows: set up high-efficiency and fluent running mechanism, establish the developmental layout of export vegetable industry to guide the production, establish and improve the technical regulations of green export vegetables, implement the standard production, enhance the association with university and academies, tackle key problems by science and technology, build up new idea of management, foster the leading enterprises, strengthen the base construction of the vegetable dimensional production, establish and improve the information service nets of export vegetable.
