The Civil Servants Recruiting System is an important basis in metabolism of civil service. It is one of the three links in civil service which are entering, managing and moving out and it must be highly valued. The principle, procedure and ways of Civil Servants Recruiting are of exemplary and instructional significance on the construction, stabilization, development and innovation of civil service system. The study of Civil Servants Recruiting System is also of significant importance on improving the quality of Civil Servants and the efficiency of government control. Although the Civil Servants Recruiting System works there are also some problems. So entering becomes the fatal elements in this system. The way of Civil Servants Recruiting System are examinations, transfer, elections and retire from the military. The Civil Servants Recruiting System doesn't have a long history in China but it makes obviously and intentionally accomplishment. In this article based on the current developing situation of the Civil Servants Recruiting System, the author realized the practical significance, found the existing problems of Civil Servants Recruiting System and provided the ways to perfect it.
