Study On CIS Design Of Liaocheng Industrial And Commercial Administration

Now studies on CIS(Corporate Identity System) in domestic and abroad mostly rest on enterprise fields, but studies about government departments applying CIS are rare. This paper put some theories and methods about CIS into government departments, and conduct some valuable studies about the Industrial and Commercial Administration government departments applying CIS, providing theory basis and practice experience for other government departments applying CIS.Taking for example CIS design of Liaocheng Industrial and Commercial Administration departments, firstly, this paper introduce some theories and practices about CIS in domestic and abroad, feasible analysis about the Industrial and Commercial Administration system applying CIS, as well as introducing basic procedure and step about applying it. Secondly, start with diagnoses about Liaocheng Industrial and Commercial Administration departments applying CIS, according to results about inside and outside investigation, using the enterprise analytical method of SWOT, identify strength, weakness, opportunity and threats among all kinds of factors, carefully analyse inside resources and outside circumstance, establish the base for abstracting system faith and establishing developing strategy. Thirdly, objectively design MI(Mind Identity), BI(Behavior Identity ) and VI (Vision Identity) for Liaocheng Industrial and Commercial Administration system, on the bases of this, summarize some successful experiences and existent problems on government departments applying CIS, as well as summarizing the differences between government departments applying CIS and enterprises applying CIS. Finally, put forward some researches and studies so as to accelerate CIS's spreading and popularizing on government departments.
