From 1990s, China began to develop greed foods. Green foods have high ecological benefits and hygienic standards. Compared with organic foods, green foods are fundamentally in line with the development needs of the developing countries and most developing countries have large comparative advantages in developing green foods. Besides, developing the export of green foods is an effective approach to deal with the challenges from the technical barriers to trade for the developing countries. As a typical developing country, China has a great potential in developing green foods. China's export trade of green foods has been growing fast in recent years, but it faces many restrictive factors, like lack of propaganda and international consensus on green foods, lack of international standards, lack of international organizations, lack of reciprocal recognition. Thus,making out internationalization strategy is critical to promoting the development of green foods. The internationalization strategy is to establish regional or international standards, reach international consensus, strengthen regional coordination, promote international certification and accreditation cooperation, and make out international market development strategy as breakthrough points, and adopt a series of effective and feasible measures to promote the international development of green foods in an all-round way.
