Anti-corruption And The Education Of Keeping CPC Members Advanced

Power leads to corruption. Since the Communist Party is in power for half a century, the alarm sounds continuously to struggle against corruption and encourage honesty. Our party has realized two major transitions in the anti-corruption work since the CPC Sixteenth National Congress. The first transition is: From "objecting to the corruption" to "objecting to and preventing the corruption"; the second transition is: From "anti-corruption is determined as to be one serious political struggle" to "objecting to and preventing the corruption is a great political task of the whole party". The education activity of keeping CPC members advanced that the whole party is launching at present, is a basic action that objects to the corruption. It is an important content of keeping CPC members advanced to struggle against corruption and encourage honesty. Struggling against corruption and encouraging honesty is significant for the advanced construction of CPC, for improving the ability of administration of CPC and leading national people to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.On the basis of analyzing the domestic and international scholar's study on the problem of the corruption, the author defines the meaning of the corruption and deeply analyzes the form and danger of the corruption and social historical origin , realistic origin and psychological origin. Based on the speech given by president HU Jin-tao, the author puts forth the necessity and importance of establishing the system of punishing and preventing corruption.
