Study On Comparing Local Power Action Causing Urban Development Discrepancy Under The Same Locational Condition

The kernel notion of new regional geography is district, behavior body and system.During the research of idiographic region, this dissertation pays attention to not only theimportance of local persons and other factors, but also the background of man's diversifiedbehavior and influence from the macroscopical circumstance out of the system. The localpower under the theory of new regional geography acts on urban development by districtcharacter, behavior body and system, the result of which is that there exist different society,economy and culture environment in one city, what's more, the city will be provided withdiverse development stage and model. According to comparing the level and model of societyand economy development between Qingdao and Dalian, this dissertation opens out theoperation orientation and mechanism to city form the several factors mentioned aboveparagraphs, namely, district character including section culture environnment and urbaninnovation one, behavior body including man, enterprise and government, system includingmacroscopical policy and special system, on the base of which, the text puts forward severalpieces of advice and countermeasure for our cities development. The main body of this dissertation can be divided into three parts, and the first oneintroduces the lcoal thought of new regional geography and three conceptions of its factors. The second part analyzes generic indexes of economy development, synthetical strengthand development model of Qingdao and Dalian, in order to chase down the discrepancybetween their development of society and economy. The third part is the pivot of the text, which begins with the operation to cities involvedfrom district character by the visual angle of urban innovation and culture environment.Thenceforward, this part probes into the important role of local behavior body during itsdevelopment course, and at last it analyses the difference between the regional systemcharacter of two instances and the motile reaction of local system. The last part brings forward advice and countermeasure in allusion to influence factorsfrom local power during city development.
