Research On The Development And Trend Of Suburban Residence In The Course Of The Urbanization Of Beijing City

Suburbanization is a process in which people, jobs and service industry in big cites move from inside to outside, and suburban residence of city is the consequent result of suburbanization. After summarizing the process and theory of residential suburbanization both in west and China, the article firstly analyses the dynamic time-space change process of the urbanization come into suburbanization in Beijing, then it analyses the course of development of residential suburbanization going with the development of the city and the economy in Beijing city, and it summarizes the exploitation of residential suburbanization during fifty years after PRC established. Lastly, this article advances the space pattern of the development of residential suburbanization in future, and the orientation of function and demand, the level of price, the character of production, by studying its infection of promoting and restricting. And it suggests to developing trend of residential suburbanization along with the development of the city.This paper can be divided into four parts:The first part summarizes the theories and practice of residential suburbanization inside and outside our country, and carries out some comparison. Through analyzing research views of urbanization and residential suburbanization both in west and China, this paper advances the subject and frame of this task.The second part summarizes the time-space change of population suburbanization in Beijing city, though analyzing its total population, total population and domicile population in zones and counties, the space distribution and developing trend of the population from out of the city.The third part particularly analyses the developing situation of Beijing's suburban residence in detail, including every developing conditionand the impact of city planning on it. After that it analyses the exploitation situation of suburban residence using the latest and the old data, and last it analyses the developing situation.The forth part advances the space pattern of the development of residential suburbanization in future, and the orientating the function and demand, the level of price and the character of production of residential suburbanization in future, by studying its infection of promoting and restricting, after researching the development of it. Finally it suggests to developing trend of residential suburbanization along with the development of the city.
