TBT makes great barrier to trade of our country and others, specially developing countries. Under this situation, how to prevent the export product from being influenced by TBT (Technical barriers to trade) or reducing losses maximumly, is the subject which people pay close attention to extensively at present. Practice proved, setting up a set of effectual early warning mechanisms of TBT can prevent, reduce and even dispel losses that TBT bring. So, it has very positive realistic meaning to set up the early warning mechanism of TBT in our country.
