The Right Scientific Views Of The Public And The Way To Establish

Science is one of the greatest achievements of the human. It provided new knowledge and advanced technology to society constantly, with through changing the mode of production deeply, pushed forward the development of social economy, and accelerated society to go-ahead. So in the science world of today, whether the public have right scientific views and fine scientific literacy or not have being the premise of if the modern society can run healthful and effective. To both nations and citizens, right scientific views and fine scientific literacy have been the essential restrict condition of their development. And at the same time it have been the focus of nation's competition. To establish right scientific views and form fine scientific literacy should communicate scientific knowledge, scientific method and scientific spirit effectively, through which to affect the ideas of society, and exert a subtle influence on change the world views, philosophy and value views of the public.In the course of social modern construction, when we implement the strategy of revitalize the nation through science and education and enhance science literacy of the public, we should let science close to life, let the public understanding science, and make the public establish right scientific views by science communication. Based on this position, this article amounts to three parts to discuss. Part one mainly according to the investigation reports on scientific literacy of the public in our country in 2001 and 2003, have analysed the real and right scientific views of the public of our country: First to to know competence to be very much uneven scientific knowledge of our country public; Second the public understanding to scientific method of our country is very low; Third the public attitude toward science and technology of our country allows of no optimist. Second part Understanding the correct scientific view theoretically, namely should-be scientific view. From horizontal and vertical two aspects analysis mainly. On the horizontal aspect at first, regard science as one cultural network analysis scientific knowledge subsystem , scientific method subsystemand science spiritual subsystem relation between three their, and the spirit that the core of explaining scientific spirit especially looks for the truth. Traced back to the transmutation of the scientific view on the vertical aspect at the same time, analysed the scientific view of the ancient times of scientific development , modern and modern period separately. The theory of combining the above two aspects finally analyses , summarize the correct scientific view, scientific view that namely should be right, It's time -Regard science as the system of a close connection, regard scientific knowledge as the firm foundation , know how to use the basic scientific method to understand scientific knowledge, understand scientific spirit , and can regard scientific looking for the truth , innovation , relenting spirit ,etc. as the habitual mode of thinking , go guidance study , work and live , let life quality raise with right scientific intensification. The third part Expound the fact that propagates and realizes the way that the real and right scientific views of masses of our country transform into scientific view that should be right through science. Have described from propagating three respects of content , spread mechanism and spread intermediary mainly. The method that this text studies the ration and determines the nature to study combines together, the theoretical research to the correct science view, public scientific accomplishment, promote our country's scientific development for improving our country, there are far-reaching realistic meanings in the overall national strength of promoting our country.
