| Wuhan Baishazhou Yangzi river bridge invested 140 million Yuan has been open to traffic since Sept. 9 2000. In order to measure whether Baishazhou project achieve the desired results and sum up the experience to instruct the coming projects, this paper make the post-evaluation of Wuhan Baishazhou Yangzi river bridge. There are four parts of post-evaluation: project objectives, project investment results, project influence and project management.Project objectives of post-evaluation of Wuhan Baishazhou Yangzi river bridge evaluated the function, investment and construction of the project and the results show that the style used by the bridge is better than others and the quality of construction reach the standards.Based on various data project investment results evaluated the finance of the project and the results indicate that the investment recovery period, the ability of repaying to bank and financial affect reach the desired effect.The project influence post-evaluation of Baishazhou bridge includes economic influence, environment influence and social effect. Economic influence of post-evaluation analyses five aspects and find out that the yield is 15.06%. The analysis of environment influence indicate this project can meet the national standards about environment. The results of social effect of post-evaluation is that the new pattern, three ring road structured by six bridges, promotes the traffic situation and logistics and so on.Based on post-evaluation of Wuhan Baishazhou Yangzi river bridge, this paper advances some problems about bridge construction including Baishazhou bridge, such as the innovation of design and quality of project, and trys to bring forward some explorative thoughts and suggestions on how to solve such problems and prompt the bridge construction of our country. |
