The Local Government Of Major Infrastructure Construction Of Public Participation, The Research Question To Ruian Feiyun River Bridge Extension Project As An Example

According to the present our country faced political and social situation, participation in public is already China’s socialist democratic political construction in the new era and an important component of the key link, especially in recent years, China’s public participation in the community of common concern and scholars practice and exploration has made great strides in effective development.At present our country public participation on earth at any stage, what problems exist, can solve these problems that the government must consider or will influence the decisions of government executive ability.This paper is divided into five partsThe first part:the author introduces the important basic concepts involved in this thesis, a brief analysis of the present situation of domestic and external public participation in the theory and practice research.The second part:introduced the local government in the historical evolution and the current major infrastructure construction of public participation in the analysis, the current public participation in the analysis of issues.The third part:the main problems of Ruian city hall major infrastructure construction of public participation, and public participation in the process and the problems encountered.The fourth part:introduced the participation in the decision-making process of domestic and foreign local government public practice and inspiration, as well as the Ruian City Hall of major infrastructure construction of public participation in the enlightenment.The fifth part:put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of major infrastructure construction of public participation in local government.This paper takes Ruian city hall major infrastructure construction--Feiyun River bridge reconstruction as example, to public participation as the research object, in view of our country local government in many can improve the space to participate in major infrastructure and public through research, but need flexible processing involves many problems in the actual operation of the process, improve the the quality and level of public participation.
