Research On Enterprise's Double Main Bodies' Life Cycles And The Mechanism Of Entrepreneurs' Stimulation

How to solve stimulation problems of the enterprise's entrepreneurs, is a difficult problem that has been perplexing the business circle and theory circle of our country all the time. The present theory of entrepreneur's stimulation ignores the dynamic changes of the enterprise and entrepreneur, and lacks pertinent design and analysis to the incentive mechanism. The article points that there are closely linked relations acting as the cause and effect of each other between the enterprise's double main bodies. We should design mechanism of entrepreneur's stimulation and study the dynamic relations of the two standing outside enterprises, and then we could draw the valuable conclusions. Proceeding with existing theory at first, this article introduces the development of enterprise's life cycle theory, entrepreneur's life cycle theory and mechanism of stimulation theory, and describes the definitions about the entrepreneur's life cycle and the mechanism of stimulation. On the basis of statistics and analysis on current situation of our country 's entrepreneur's stimulation mechanism, it confirms that the way of the research is based on objective evaluation of dynamic changes of enterprise's double main bodies. The difficulty of this research is to set up the discernment model of enterprise's life cycle and entrepreneur's life cycle. It confirms the modeling principles and the evaluating methods through the analysis on relevant theoretical foundation; it establishes respective evaluation index from the macroscopic and micro influence factors; and it introduces the fuzzy mathematics method to finish the design of the model. Finally, according to the life cycle model of enterprise's double main bodies, it is discussed that in the different developing stages of enterprises, we make the feasible associated material and spirit incentive mechanism, combining the cycle that the entrepreneur is in and aiming at the enterprise's own characteristic and entrepreneur's demand. Applying the modern enterprise's management theories, this article puts forward the dynamic change model of enterprise's life cycle and entrepreneur's life cycle. And on the basis of theoretical research of enterprise's double main bodies' life cycles, it structures incentive mechanism of enterprise's operator synthetically.
