As an action to mobilize people's positivity,stimulation has existed for a long time.With the rapid development of our society,more and more enterprises have come to realize that person with ability is such a resource which is more important than substance resource or technic resource.Person with ability is the biggest wealth to an enterprise.The stimulation of human resource is most important,both to the body of our enterprises and to the managers or employees in different parts. So how to realize the stimulation under the new situation and undertake the task of human resource stimulation development in an enterprise go smoothly becomes a problem faced by the enterprises in knowledge-based era that desiderates to be solved.This paper,from the theory and practice side,using the theory on stimulation and the successful practice experiences on the stimulation development in foreign countries for reference,discusses a series of theoretic questions on stimulation and stimulation development and expatiates on the approaches and methods for the human resource stimulation development in an enterprise.And on this foundation,the author puts forward the new trend of stimulation development.
