Theory of enterprise's competitive superiority,the core of the research of the western strategy management theory,is composed of school of structure,school of resources,school of core competence and school of knowledge management,etc.These schools respectively study enterprise's competitive superiority from different aspects,and thus the results are unevitably limited.Moreover,these schools lack horizontal communication,which makes theory of enterprise competitive superiority seem to be unintegrated.The research of enterprise competitive superiority,therefore,makes it possible to enter the forward position of the theory of strategy management directly,and to synthesize different schools.This is meaningful in theory.
