| China is the country with a large amount of rural population. Even though the contribution proportion of agriculture industry to the GDP has decreased from about 30% before to 15% nowadays, however the development of agriculture is still play an important role directly in the life of rural people that amount is about 8 hundred million share more 60% population of China. From the view point of the agriculture development practice in developed country, the more advanced the agriculture it is, the larger proportion of stockbreeding will share. The development of stockbreeding will be helpful for us to meliorate our people,s food structure, and it will improve their physical condition; as for the income increase of farmers, the farmers will earn much more from the production and operation of the stockbreeding industry; about the adjustment of agriculture and prolong the agriculture industry chain, realize the primary products value addition. In the recent 20 years, poultry breeding has become the most rapidly developed industry in the stockbreeding industry, it also has been the industry which is to the largest extent of marketization and scale, especially in the market of fine division of poultry meal, China is advantaged very much.However as our country has joined the WTO officially, the tariff barrier has been disappeared step by step, then the so called "green trade barrier"has been adopted widely among the WTO members because of its rational intention, the unnoticed, complicated and flexible characters which is due to their referring to the technology, and this kind of barrier is playing more and more important role in the international trade. The investigation of the Ministry of Commerce indicated that in the year 2002,there were almost 90%of import & export food and animal by-products export companies had been constrained by this barrier and it had brought about 9 billion US dollars lost to our country.Many countries and areas such as Japan ,USA, EU, Korea, Russia have established very strict green trading barrier measures to the poultry meat products in the sanitation requirements, process conditions and epidemic disease monitory system aspects. These measures affected greatly to the chicken meat export of our country. The EU has stopped importing poultry meat products and the products relevant from China since 1996 because the Newcastle virus was found in chicken products. In 2002 the EU stopped the import of all the animal origin products (chicken included) due to the overrun of chloromycetin in sea products from China. Japan is the major import country of Jilin Deda Company,s product, it shares 70% proportion of the company,s selling performance. Japan had stopped import- ing this product from China for several times such as in 2001,2002,2003 and even in 2004, because of the highly pathogenic avian influenza and the overrum of clopidol ROK , which finally resulted in a large amount of money lost of Jilin Deda Co.Ltd.Jilin Deda Co.Ltd, As the flagship enterprise of chicken export in Jilin province, is suffer painfully from the green barrier of the foreign country. It is very necessary for us to discuss the influence of green trade barrier to chicken export of Jilin Deda Co.Ltd. and analysis the reason, research how to deal with this influence and find out the measures corresponding we should take.In order to reduce the negative impact of the foreign country,s green barrier measures have brought about to DeDa, first, we should deal with this barrier properly in our mind. Since there is a huge gap between our country and other developed countries and areas in the food safety aspects, so the measures, which is deal with this barrier, we should take is to improve ourselves.
