Since 1980s, the Real Estate industry, which plays a roll as the backbone industry in the national economy has emerged .While the Real Estate industry accelerating its speed , the construction of the managing system remains rather out of date . Mang companies are ruled by human not by law , which severely limits thei further development. The current performance appraisal systems have too many problems, as following: too complicated appraising rules, unrelated people taking part in the appraisal ,no face-to-face feedback ,too many forms, checking on and reward takes too many marks ,and the job order can not reflect all performance ,etc .The employees are of the utmost dissatisfaction .Now those big real estate companies arc eager to enhance their human resource management ,and to take this juncture to promote their employees'. Those mesne managers holds the hope of taking on full appraising right by the new performance appraisal system . Therefore, it has got operation significance to improve the managing system of real estate companies for promoting their managing ability.Aiming at the general problems of current performance appraisal systems of real estate industry ,and combining the author's researches and analysis of successful performance appraising cases of foreign and domestic real estate companies ,the thesis analyzes the necessity and the possibility of reforming currcntpcrformancc appraisal system of real estate industry ,and puts forward some suggestions: designing relevant performance appraising model ; organically combining the scientific managing rules and the practical situation of the enterprises ; emphasizin the participant of employees ; establishing faceto-face feedback to be the necessary process of the performance appraisal ;and to receive high efficiency by simple work.
