Research On Cultivating Safety Culture Of Construction Enterprise

New tactics and method has been added from the proposition of safety culture as to ensure mankind safety and production safety in enterprise. This paper uses comparative research and real example to analyze, to discuss overall on construction enterprise safety cultural construction mode, appraisal method and systematized thinking of development.This paper has used safety cultural theory and such discipline theories as civil engineering, safe and scientific & technology, philosophy, management, sociology, science of culture, etc. First of all, an international field of nuclear industry in which the concept of safety culture originated from the eighties of the 20th century. Except that pay close attention to such inherent quality as people's knowledge, skill, consciousness, thought, idea, attitude, morals, ethics, emotion, etc. safety cultural construction, still pay attention to such external factors as people's behavior, safety device, technological craft, production facility and equipment, tool material, environment, etc.Secondly this text defines the structure and content of the safe culture of construction enterprise on the base of construction enterprise's own characteristic. And then point out the safety culture of construction enterprise means all sorts of enterprise safety material factor and security spiritual factor accepted by staff, which is formed consciously and progressively in the long-term safety in production and business activities.Finally, through analyzing the security cultural construction modes of more other trades, this paper propose the thinking and construction mode of the safety cultural of construction enterprise, and set up the whole safety culture appraise models tentatively according to the fuzzy mathematics theory. And then according to the system engineering method, this paper put forward the thinking of promoting systematized development of the safety culture of construction enterprise.
