Research On The Strategy For Jiangsu's Logistics Development

Logistics, which can reduce substance consuming and increase productivity, has been widely accepted as the third headspring of profit for corporation. Some developed countries and areas have regarded it as an industry for economy development. Being a great economical province of china, Jiangsu's logistics is just around the comer and has great market and potency. Speeding the development of logistics in Jiangsu has an important and far-reaching significance. In macro, it can optimize resource allocation, adjust the economy structure and improve the quality of Jiangsu economy. In micro, it can reduce product cost of manufacturing, build up the competitive ability of corporation and economical benefit and improve its circumstances. The development of Jiangsu's logistics can also decrease the pollution of environment, improve living standard and investment condition, realize sustainable development of Jiangsu regional economy.Based on the study of logistics theory, firstly this paper explains the marked character of Jiangsu logistics. Secondly it analyzes the status of Jiangsu logistics. Thirdly with the use of theory and method of system dynamics, it quantitatively probes the system of Jinagsu's logistics, and finds the main factors affecting the development of logistics industry on the basic of the newest simulation tool of Vensim. Finally, by simulating the dynamic relation between main factors and the economy development, combinating the advanced logistics practice, the author qualitatively puts forward the strategy of Jiangsu's logistics development: The government tries to build suitable developing circumstance; adopt advanced logistics management mode-supply chain management; use advanced logistics technology and operation mode; program logistics park and construct unitive information flat. The intention of study is to supply the theory foundation for decision-making in the process of Jiangsu's logistics development.
