| From the change of product oriented to service oriented in the car industry , we can predict that the same trend would be happened in the software industry in a few years ,especially in management software area .This article give a case of small software company which emphasis on software product and lists some problems it had encountered ;After the analysis of its outer environment and the analysis of SWOT , give a software service oriented strategy for this company ; At last ,design a new operation mode and organization structure for it.
