Nowadays enterprise's organization is facing the unprecedented changes and challenges in the new century, Fast-changing market environment and international environment have put forward new request for the survival and development of enterprises organization. The institutional framework of traditional enterprises and the ideas of managing need to be thoroughly changed and innovated. As our enterprises' entering a crisis of existence and developing, they are all unable to meet new form and new task-no matter which point of view we look from: the change of the domestic enterprise's management mode and management environment, or the management innovation system and national principles and policies. In this paper, manage environment that are inside and outside of Sichuan Province Chuanwei group Co. Ltd. (for short as Chuanwei group), have been analyzed, and the feasible reform schemes of organization that are suitable for the future development, have been brought out. All of these are combining with the practice case and theories about enterprise organization, and proceed from above cognition.Firstly, it summarized the general development of enterprise organization from domestic to abroad, and studied the main forms of enterprise organization and it's current situation as well as characteristics. Meanwhile, it introduced the general situation and current organization of Chuanwei group, and analyzed the existing problems. Then, it summarized and analyzed various kinds of factors which influence the organization reform in Chuanwei group, in this part the PEST, .Porter competition structure model have been used to analyze the outside management environment, including macroscopic, middle view, microcosmic, etc. It also analyzed the inside environment that involves human resources, economic benefits, products and marketing ability, the ability of producing and technology, management ability and enterprise culture. Then it analyzed current and future aim of marketing and management strategy by using SWOT.On this basis, the paper designs three institutional framework schemes: new straight line functional, divisional and market chain organizational structure, which are suitable for Chuanwei majestic group in the future development, considering high-efficient controllability, stability and flexibility. These different institutional framework schemes are appraised, and the market chain type institutional frameworkhas been selected as the reform scheme of institutional framework of the majestic group of Sichuan finally. The implementation procedure Sichuan majestic group institutional framework as well as the motivity and obstruction are given out; in addition, the solution for the implementation obstruction is provided. Finally, it analyzed the prospect of the market chain organization, which will be implemented in Chuanwei group.In a word, the enterprise's organization should be reformed according to the internal and external changes of management environment, so that the economic benefits and market competitiveness can be improved.
