Green Party's Organizational Structure And Operational Mode

The green party is an emerging political power whose striving purpose is to highlight environmental protection, expand democracy, safeguard human peace, oppose the excessive economic growth and object to political bureaucracy since the 1970s in European and American developed countries. It develops rapidly since its birth. In less than 20 years, it quickly becomes a rookie in European political field and plays a more and more important role.As the product of postmodern industrial social development, the green party presents many new characteristics different from traditional parties. From the perspective of party construction, the effort to observe and study the development course, organization structure, operation mode and the changes since the 1990s of the green party is of great significance for more fully understanding the greens and comprehending Western Europe and even the entire world political process. At the same time, it also helps us to take examples from the values of the organization structure and operation mode of the green party in the process of democratic politics construction and grassroots democratization within the party, so that we will avoid tortuous way and firmly adhere to the path of sustainable development. The thesis tries to take the organization structure and operation mode of the green party, for instance, German Greens, as the research object from the party construction angle.Based on the dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the thesis makes the organization structure and operation mode as the main line, mainly combines discipline background of Marxism, party political theory and party construction theory, and uses the approaches of historical research, generalization, literature research and so on, aiming at a more detailed introduction of the organization structure and operation mode of the green party.The thesis is mainly divided into three parts: the preface, the body, and the conclusion. The preface briefly introduces the purpose and significance of the thesis, the current research situation, the basic concept and frame of the paper, the theoretical evidence and research methods.The body is composed of three parts. The first part starts from the rising background of the green party organization, briefly summarizing the development and expansion of the green party organization as well as the path to parliament and governance. The second part generalizes the organization structure and operation mode of the green party and analyzes its features. The third part expounds the innovations of the organization structure and operation mode of the green party since the 1990s and elaborates the internal and external factors that caused those changes.The conclusion presents the lessons and references provided by the organization structure and operation mode of the green party for the Chinese communist party in the new historical conditions to further strengthen party construction.
