This article is about human capital pricing of the Small and Middle Market Enterprise in the age of " knowledge economy". Comparing with big market enterprise, the Small and Middle Market Enterprise has more difficulties in financing, because of the bigger market risks and the different enterprise' s system. Currency shortage is a common problem to the Small and Middle Market Enterprise. So human capital has a much more influence to SMME(the Small and Middle Market Enterprise). Scientific and efficient human capital pricing can bring SMME financially success and efficient stimulation to human capital.Here is the contents and structure:Chapter 1 The Small and Middle Market Enterprises & human capital. Analyzing the Small and Middle Market Enterprise and make the Small and Middle Market Enterprise as the object of the research. Comparing with big market enterprise, the Small and Middle Market Enterprise has more difficulties in financing, because of the bigger market risks and the different enterprise' s system. Marxian theory of human capital, property right theory, human capital property right theory, entrust anddeputy theory, management stimulation theory, risk theory forms the theory foundation. For enterpriser human capital, there is the entrust and deputy problem; for laboring human capital, there is the stimulation problem; for technology human capital, there is the reducing supervising cost problem. Human capital has not a clear system of price displaying as non-human capital. The value of human capital is uncertain and fluctuating. Payment should be decided by the human capital' s output of earning. This article gives a rule of human capital pricing - indirect pricing rule.Chapter 3 The pricing of laboring human capital & technological human capital the Small and Middle Market Enterprise.
