As knowledge-based economy's coming, how to inspire the go-aheadism and potential of human capital is an important issue to be solved urgently. And human capital's participation in arrangement of the enterprise ownership is the front and hotspot of this study. The thesis gives up methods which regard human capital as center of study. It insists that enterprise is the basis and goal of the problem. Reviewing the evolve history of the arrangement of enterprise ownership, author investigates the inside reason n of it. Creatively using "rent of enterprise" as main of analysis tool, author elucidates the principle in the arrangement of enterprise ownership logically. Finally, on the base of the three parts' research result, the thesis answers whether Human Capital could participate in the arrangement of enterprise ownership and how to participate in.
