How to management the core competence of the corporation is not only the emphases in nowadays theoretically, but also a very important problem to the domestic corporations. Along with the development of economy globalization , the world economy takes on characteristics such as informational, knowledgablize , integrative etc. Especially IT revolution as well as the following world productivity qualitative change are all accelerating globalization development, and bringing globalization a series of new characters, which comes in to what is called "new economy".
