Research On Core Competence Financia1 Mode Of Technology And Knowledge Capital

Since 1990s, the whole business world has changed tremendously with the development of science and technology. This brand new era witnesses the intensive competition between enterprises worldwide. In order to survive and develop in such kind of circumstances, an enterprise must pursue the realization of its own core competence that is the result of systematical reconstruction of its essential elements and must be inimitable.With the change of its economic environment, Financial Management is faced with update and optimization on its theory and method. Core Competence Financial Management emerges, as the times require assisting and supporting the enterprise in forming, managing and developing its own core competence in respect of capital and value. The purpose of this thesis is to seek the optimum financial mode for the enterprise by choosing two capitals i.e. technology and knowledge capital from the six enterprise element capitals. The whole research is based on Competitive Strategy Theory, Strategic Management Theory, Core Competence Theory and Competitive Financial Management Theory.This thesis consists of five sections. The first section is the basis of the whole, including the economic background of the thesis and achievements in relevant research. The second section explores further the relationship between enterprise finance and core competence. On the basis of the first two sections, the next two sections i.e. the third and the fourth are the key parts, including differentiating and analyzing the two elements, putting forward financial strategies and modes for Chinese enterprises by using the successful experience of other countries for reference, setting up financial models for the two capitals' raising and investing, and designing index systems for the evaluation in order to make the research more practical. The Last section summarizes the thesis and points out the future research direction in this field.The desire of researching on this theme is to put forward practical code of financial conducts for Chinese enterprises and help them do better and better in the international competition.
