According to complex condition of bijouterie market in China at present, relationship marketing of bijouterie industry is researched on in this dissertation and marketing strategy to improve healthy and stable development of bijouterie industry is discussed.According to literature in exist, articles on implementing relationship marketing of bijouterie industry haven't been found. And in practice, traditional marketing measures are used by most of bijouterie corporations. Localization of traditional marketing has been realized and a new marketing method——relationship marketing, with additional traditional marketing measures, is attempted to develop corporations healthily and stably by few corporations.Academic basis of implementing relationship marketing of bijouterie corporations in China is analyzed at first in this dissertation. Then contact with actual condition of bijouterie market in China, phases and measures of marketing of bijouterie market in China are analyzed and concluded. And tendency of bijouterie corporations is prospected. Practice and countermeasure of bijouterie corporations is set forth. Reasons for implementing relationship marketing of bijouterie industry are pointed out. At last, methods and suggestions about relationship marketing of bijouterie industry are advanced.Maneuverability and importance of relationship marketing in bijouterie industry is explained by a case of AB bijouterie company and Jinxing company. Proved by practice and theory, it's necessary to direct bijouterie corporations in China with relationship marketing and resolve problems of bijouterie market.Theories of relationship marketing are used for reference in this dissertation, and special condition of history and culture background of China and bijouterie industry is considered. So it's proved that relationship marketing is suitable marketing strategy for developing bijouterie corporations in this dissertation. At the same time, ways and suggestions on how to implement relationship marketing are provide.
