A Study Report About Company Arrangement And Frame Regulation For State-owned Research Institutes

State-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council (calling SASAC) supervise 16 companies which turn from state-owned research institutes. These companies occupy large management energy of SASAC, but the asset, equity, net incoming of these companies is very small according to all state-owned companies.
