A Study On The Technology Integration Of Process Flows In Petrochemical Firms

On the base of Technology Integration theory research, cases research and statistical analysis, several critical issues about Technology Integration have been studied in this paper in detail. I have finished many missions as follows: The process frame of Technology Integration has been constructed; Present Technology Integration process model of petrochemical process project has been analyzed; the main factors to Technology Integration management performance have been concluded. Firstly, the concept of Technology Integration has been highlighted. Technology Integration is the construction course of the effective manufactural system. The correlative knowledge has been used in Technology Integration. The course of Technology Integration includes selection and making sure of the product design, selection of the manufactural technology. Secondly, whole Technology Integration model has been constructed. Technology Integration is the course from project selection to batch production. There are five steps in the course of Technology Integration. These courses include project selection, technology selection, technology sourcing, technology application and technology control. Thirdly, two petrochemical cases have been studied and present Technology Integration model of petrochemical project has been constructed. The process model includes follow nine steps: project established and feasibility study, design and selection of craftwork, design of equipment and setting, order of equipment and setting, selection and purchase of raw material, selection and installation of control system, technology study, building and installation, trial production. Finally, the reseach frame of factor to the management performance of petrochemical project has been constructed. The statistical analysis has done on the base of investigation. It has been finded that the main factors to the management performance of petrochemical project are the condition of inside information transportation and the attendance degree of managers.
