Study On Reconstruction Of The Payment System Of The Engineering Design Company In China

There are two big questions that must be resolved when we reform the system of the state-owned engineering design companies. One is to reform the property system, the other is to reconstruct the payment system. And the later is more difficult, because we must face everyone and every position when we reconstruct the payment system. To build a set of scientific payment system is a key question for the engineering design companies that are in mechanism transferring period. I have done some researches to try to discovery a new payment model that can attract and preserve excellent talents.This thesis firstly analyses the condition of engineering design, then illuminates the basic theories of payment management, and gives a new payment model which is fit for the characters of engineering design companies, at the last applies the new model in an engineering design company. This thesis consists of three parts:Part 1, analyses the status, characters and questions of engineering design industry and its payment system, then explains the necessity of reconstruction of engineering design.Part 2, illuminates briefly the basic theories of payment, principles and strategies of payment, then reconstructs the payment system of engineering design under the basic theories and the characters of engineering design companies.Part 3, does a case research for an engineering design company, in order to resolve the problems about its payment system.These ideas may be some of values as a reference to other colleagues.
