With the steady improvement of our marker economy system and the coming challenges of WTO Entrance, how to scientifically analyze the external environment and internal condition of company and determine the right development strategy is significant for state owned Enterprises.This paper applies the modern theory of company strategy management with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study A Lighting's development strategy. Firstly, the strength and weakness of A Lighting's main competitors are analyzed with the tool of CPM compared to A Lighting, and the external environment of A Lighting is analyzed and evaluated by the tool of EFE, which is the capability of A Lighting's utilize external opportunity and avoid external threat.Secondly, using the tool of IFE to analyze A Lighting's capability in supply chain management, technology, marketing management and financial management etc., which shows A Lighting's strength and weakness. And then, based on the analysis of A Lighting's external environment and internal condition, using the tools of TOWS, BCG and Large Strategy to propose A Lighting's varied strategy projects. Using the tool of QSPM to evaluate strategy projects and determine the final strategy project, which is building the network brand and the products' variety and series. Finally, a number of caution are supplemented to the end of this paper. The most striking feature of this paper is its cohesion of theoretical rationale and practical insights. It is a healthy guide to the development and a useful reference for the management process. It is the main purpose of this paper to answer the most outstanding and urgent questions which are put forward during the transfer of A Lighting's business-model.
