Research On Information Capacity Building Of Growing Cadre Supported By National Education Training

Information capacity Building of growing cadre supported by national educationtraining is one important part of great projects which prompting the construction of talentin PLA.The contradiction we faced in talent construction determine that we have to choosethe way to train talent depend on national education. Capacity construction is the core oftalent construction and information capacity is the base and main content of capacityconstruction. Information capacity is the base of capacity,and information capacity includeinformationlized capacity and information war capacity is the certain way to prompt theMilitary Transformation. This thesis makes a systematic research and deep analysis oninformation capacity construction by using theory guide method , benefiting byachievement for reference method and practice examine method. Firstly , this thesis elaborates the necessity and significance of constructinginformation capacity of growing cadre supported by national education training from fourpart,the requirement of talent construction,the present situation of national education,successful experience of foreign army and the calling of information era. Secondly,Analyzing the structure of information capacity according to the priority of the coursewhich information capacity produces an effect on information , there are elevencomponents:the capacity of sensing information,the capacity of obtaining information,the capacity of receipting information,the capacity of judging information,the capacity ofanalyzing information,the capacity of creating information,the capacity of decidingDissertation of the Second Artillery Engineering Instituteinformation,the capacity of preserving information,the capacity of influencing informationand the capacity of technical information. Based on these,this thesis makes a deep researchon the basic theory which expounding the information capacity construction of growingcadre in local college,and set an aim for information instruction,five principles,ten lawsand two ways. After that,it analyzes the present situation and provides certain solutions. The title of this thesis is rooted from the major research program of national defenseand military education subject "Information Capacity Building of Growing CadreSupported by National Education" which is part of "The Tenth of Five Years Plan" ofnational education science.The achievements of this program has been published by theNational Defense University Press,and the writer is one member of this program groupand takes part in writing of this book.
