I establish systematically the marketing strategy on electric power secondary Equipment for HF Electric Corporation with modern marketing theory in this thesis. This paper corresponds in the facts of HF Corporation and consists of six chapters. The first part puts forward the question that HF develop slowly while she is faced with the good exterior environment and the all profession develops fast, then premises concerned theory. I introduce the history and the current situation of HF in the second chapter. In the third chapter, I analyze HF Corporation in macroscopic aspect and microscopic aspect, and summarize the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats that HF is faced with, then formulate the development strategy of HF. The fourth chapter includes the market segmentation, the selection of target market, and make out the marketing strategy on the basis of the PLC of product and the seating order of product in the target market. The marketing mix tactics and how to enter the Market and occupy the Market are designed in the chapter five. In the sixth I made the marketing indemnify system for HF.The innovation in my thesis consists in the marketing strategy. In other words, I determine the position of HF in market competition and establish strategy of market competition. At present, some people think that 'B to B' is making good relation, they believe that some things of 'B to B' cannot speak on the desk, and do not think it need the guiding of the Marketing theory. In my opinion, under the indication of modern marketing theory, based on the analysis of environment industry and SWOT, start marketing from the both sides of strategy and tactics.In this paper, I bone the line market analysis and consumer survey with the facts of HF Corporation rather than with the profound theories and the most advanced methods. Through the market segmentation, the target market selectionand market location, I finally establish the marketing schema, which is available and operational.
