Research And Strategy Of Sustainable Development Of The Urban Land

With the development of CHINA Urban Economy, there appear some serious problems about insufficiency of lands. The present mechanism of management and legislation do not match the rapid development of economy well, which is partially because of the inefficiency of government macro-control of lands that the government do not carry the effective measurement fit to the new status of economy. The article contributes to offer the proper mechanism of supply of urban lands, which will improve the efficiency of using of urban lands and support its sustainable development.The article analyzes the problems of using of urban lands in CHINA in term of the opinion of sustainable development compared with the successful experience in HK and provides the strategy to keep the sustainable development of urban lands in which the effective measurements are offered to optimize the supply mechanism of urban lands and improve the ability of lands using through the research of large amounts of available data and literature.In the argument about the optimization of mechanism of lands supply, the paper attaches importance to the effective monopolization of basic-level market of lands and offers the dualistic regression model to forecast the amount of lands supply established on the analysis of large amounts of data.The paper provides the proper mechanism of adjustment of urban lands by analyzing the behavior of principal part in the market and establishes the regression model to forecast the demand of lands in future with indicators about the lands using, which makes the layout of lands using more properly and effectively.
