With the developing of knowledge economy, the role of knowledge in economic development is reflected increasingly. As the carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers are becoming the motive source of knowledge economy. It has been important part in modern business administration to manage them. The high flowing rate, low loyalty and insufficient encouraging to knowledge workers is puzzling more and more enterprises. To manage them well, enterprises must respect the characteristics of knowledge workers and their work, and regard them as the cooperative partners, not only employees.This paper is divided into eight parts. First part is the introduction. In this part, knowledge worker has been defined, and the purpose and meaning of this research has been pointed out. In second part, the characteristic of knowledge worker has been discussed. Based on problems in management, the corresponding thought of management has been raised also in this part. In the third to the sixth part, the author has put forward concrete measures to each link of management of knowledge worker. In the seventh part, the establishment of learning organization has been discussed under the view of whole organization. In the last part, the author pointed out the deficiency in present study and the direction in future.This paper points out that, an enterprise should attract suitable workers through bidirectional choice, give them the stages of exerting abilities and offer them various kinds of resources to make them work contentedly firstly. And then, the enterprise should provide enough training opportunities, promote workers to learn more and make them develop continuously. On this basis, through establishing learning organization, the enterprise could promote deep learn loop constantly with its workers. Under the shared vision, both the enterprise and its workers could coordinate to reach the development.
