Knowledge Of State-owned Enterprise Staff Loyalty Research

When it comes to the knowledge economy age, the human capital that clings to knowledge worker becomes a kind of important mine of modern company' s value. At the first two parts of the paper, the basic notion, characteristics and needs of knowledge workers' are explained.Based on the discussion of the former parts, the thesis analyzes the actuality of knowledge workers loyalty in China. And some causes are found out. Also some loyalty theories are discussed. Thus the measure is given from the points of view of human capital theory and knowledge axiology.According to the experience that acquired by the developed country, the major idea and general requirements of improving knowledge workers' loyalty are put forward. Finally, a case is analyzed to show how to improve the loyalty of knowledge workers' .
