A Research On Government Supporting System For Regional Technological Innovation System

This study focuses on how local government support technological innovation. Firstly, this study analyzes why government should interfere in technological innovation. Then, from National Innovation System, it leads to Regional Technological Innovation System. Based on this, this study constructs a system model named Government Supporting System which consists of four sub-systems: Adjusting System, Incentive System, Guarantee System, and Service System. Lastly, using this system model, this study explores the Government Supporting System for Guangdong's Regional Technological Innovation System.
