Discussion On The Momentum Of Supporting The Maintaining Technological Innovation

Recently, within the domestic and foreign economic academic circles, researches on technological innovation become the highlight, it has been considered as an emerging field. Since the beginning of last century Joseph A.Schumpeter had risen the theory of technological innovation initially, the fruitful achievements had gained within this area. On this basis, the author of this article deeply studied the maintaining aspect of technological innovation. First of all, it is requisite to obtain the main factors affecting the maintaining technological innovation, and by using the prevailing analytical methods to analyze these factors, then the author offer the suggestive comments on How to establish the maintaining technological innovation system on the analytic basis.
