The Study On Leading Corporation Cultivation Based On Industrial Cluster

With the background of economy globalization, information, net tendency, industrial cluster tendency has become a new focus, but practically industrial cluster in many places didn't show their predominance, which is basically caused by the stagnancy of innovation. Most of the successful industrial clusters usually have their own leading corporations, who are playing very important roles in the development of industrial cluster. This paper presents the relation between leading corporations and industrial cluster inferred from the theories about innovation. In this paper the author thinks the improvement of the competitiveness of leading corporations is the crucial aspect to answer the challenge of the joining the WTO. Based on the analyzing the research on competitiveness of some domestic and overseas enterprises, the author gave the designing principles and the system structure of index of evaluating competitiveness of leading corporations and established general evaluation model and method. According to the situation of development of enterprises in China, this paper gave the new ideas and suggestions for the leading corporations to build their own development strategy system and to improve their competitiveness.
