Research On Equipments Management And Informatization Of Iron & Steel Enterprises

The reform of our country economic system deepens fatherly and the international position of manufacture promote continuously, the enterprises have changed from the production type to production & operation type .So, it is not enough for an enterprise only to renew the old equipments. It is important to realize the equipments resources integration validly, to increase the efficiency and effect of equipments management, to lower the operation cost and achieve its biggest performance, then to strengthen the enterprise core competencies in market.This thesis introduces the related domestic & international theories of equipment management, analyzes the target request, mode principle and main contents of equipment management and informatization. The research can provide decision basis for enterprises in equipment management and informatization. It also have reference meaning for property management of government and state-owned enterprises.
