This paper takes Long Ye CO. for example, bases on the electronic commerce's influence to small business enterprises, deals with the characteristics and the classifications of the small business enterprises detailedly, and talks over the opportunity EC bring to it. Then this paper illustrates 4 ways for the small business enterprises to achieve competitive advantage in EC environment: customer-center managing concept, and provide the ability to adapts to-market changes quickly, and form their own core ability, and set up the brand image, and integrates organizational management. Combining with the actual example, this article also compares the changes of the organizing organization, business process and managing principle in EC environment, and finds out the path to improve the management through EC. Finally this paper concludes the three levels for small business enterprises to apply EC and the steps for build up EC system-establish the network foundation, and develop the applied system, and start and maintain the system etc.- and discusses the main work of every step and the special request of small business enterprises.This paper main adopts the theory contacts with practice method, after checking a great deal of analyzing actual applications, based on the small business enterprise's characteristics: less labor, less funds, simplex business, nonstandard management, be in the period of growth, and have potential etc., and illustrate its possibility and rationality according to take Long Ye company as an example.Then this paper studies EC's function in marketing and customerservice of small business enterprises, combining with studies data and cases, concludes implement strategy suitable for EC, viable operational steps, and organization transforming and new managing requirement in EC environment, and then puts forward the EC initiatory model for small business enterprises.This paper mainly discusses implement of EC in Long Ye company, and is the conclusion of the Long Ye company's experience and the analysis of the small business enterprises imply the electronic commerce, which is the textual research meaning place.
