Our country need attach importance to the problem existed at banking internationalize progress and look for the reasonable strategy, in order to help to development in our country banking. This thesis based on domestic state-owned commercial bank, through analyzing the strategy of our country banking internationalization and the status about our country commercial internationalization management in recent years, and tally up the current problem of domestic state-owned commercial bank international management and analyses for its reason, finally resolves these problems, and gives some way of thinking at extend the direction, expansion way, organized form, business choice, talented person strategy etc..
