A Study On Investment Strategies Of The Korean Corporates Toward China (PRC)

This paper intends to fully review problems and strategies in relation to the Korean corporates'investments into the PRC .As we can see from a number of actual cases, many Korean enterprise, mostly the manufacturing have failed, mainly because they focused attention to a variety of important factors as follows: difficulty in finding desirable business partners, management of personnel and production. Based on the lessons from the successful Korean corporates in the PRC, it can be said that any Korean corporate planning to make investment into the PRC should do its best to adapt itself to the regional realities, with a specific regard to the supply and demand of raw material, balanced management of manpower, and finance.
