In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge creation is the core growth ofhigh-tech enterprises, and we should consider it as a developing strategy. In recentyears, that how to effectively motivate the knowledge creation abilities andefficiency of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises has become one of the hotissues concerned by academia and business community. In this paper, takingknowledge creation as the breakthrough point, it explores the research of motivationissue on domestic and foreign knowledge workers, analyses the defects of high-techenterprises’ motivation mechanism, and generalizes the related factors whichinfluence the knowledge creation of high-tech enterprises. On this basis, this paperexplores the effective motivation model which focuses on high-tech enterprises’knowledge workers, and put forward high-tech enterprises’ motivation mechanismas well as the protecting system based on knowledge creation. The motivationmechanism contains four motivation sub-systems: training&developmentmotivation sub-system; knowledge pay motivation sub-system; knowledgeperformance evaluation motivation sub-system; career planning motivationsub-system. The protecting systems include corporate culture, organizationalstructure and organizational leadership. Finally, put forward the specific incentivemeasures.The innovations in this dissertation are:(1) this paper systematically sums upthe production of high-tech enterprises’ knowledge creation and incentivemechanism, from the view of improving the knowledge creation ability&efficiencyas well as absorbing ideas of human resource management, makes a moresystematical research on high-tech enterprises’ incentive mechanism based onknowledge creation, then perfects the theory of human resource management in theera of knowledge economy, and enhances high-tech enterprises’ continualcompetitive advantage.(2) this paper puts forward new opinion on the design ofhigh-tech enterprises’ incentive mechanism. From the view of knowledge creation,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge creation, and constructs the model of high-tech enterprises’ incentive mechanism. On this basis, this paper putsforward specific and systematical incentive measures to inspire the knowledgecreation ability&efficiency of high-tech enterprises’ employees.
