With the constant promotion of the process of integration of global economy, as the terminal station of sales, the retail business also incorporated this process progressively, have formed the turbulent internationalized tide. Internationalization of retailing is an important stratagem that many large international retailers adopt. The paper firstly expatiate meanings of the internationalization of the retail business, analyze the general reason of it, and introduce internationalized pathways of several foreign retail groups and experience of their success, aim at passing and studying and using for reference. Combine the current situations and trends of development of retail business of our country, the paper analyze the essentiality and feasibility of "walks out" of the retail business of our country, and offer theoretical foundation and significative suggestions on stratagem which Chinese retailer should adopt and policies Chinese government should aegis. The writing of this paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter one expatiate meaning on internationalization of retailing, analyze the general reasons of it. Chapter two introduce pathways of the internationalization of several foreign retail groups and experience of their success. Chapter three analyze the causes, essentiality and feasibility of internationalization of Chinese retailing. Chapter four bring forward significative suggestion on stratagems which Chinese retailers should adopt and policies Chinese government should aegis, and look forward to the internationalized prospect.
