The Research Of Perfecting The Motion Of The Mechanism Of Democratic Supervision In Our Country

The Sixteenth National Congress of the Party points out :"The development of the socialist democracy politics and the construction of the socialist civilization in politics are important goals of full construction of a well-off society". As important aspects and content of the construction of the socialist democracy politics , it is one of the major issues with which full construction of a well-off society are faced at present in our country that how we prefect and strengthen the mechanism of democratic supervision and ensure its unblocked motion, how we safeguard democratic rights of the broad masses of the people , how we avoid effectively the power corruption, and how we break the present situation of which the same rank supervise unably and the higher rank supervise incapably "number one man" .The effective motion of the mechanism of democratic supervision not only make much difference to the reform of political mechanism and the overall development of the market economy in our country ,but also is of importance to the preservation of the social stability and state safety ,and the structure and constructions of the harmonious society . In this paper I start with the development of democratic supervision in our country . And I minutely analyse the main problems which exist in the motion process of the mechanism of democratic supervision. In addition, I make a comparative study on the mechanism of democratic supervision of the developed countries of the West .Lastly, I put forward some effective channels and ways of strengthening and perfecting the motion of the mechanism of democratic supervision in our country . There are four parts in this paper.: 1,The development of the supervision mechanism in the democratic politics of our country. It concretely contains the definition of supervision and democratic supervision, the development course of the mechanism of democratic supervision, and the contribution to the development of democratic supervision made by the third-generation leading collective of the Party. 2,The content of democratic supervision and the main problems which exist in the mechanism of democratic supervision. It concretely contains the content of democratic supervision in five aspects, the problems which exist in the machanism of democratic supervision and the necessity and urgency to strengthen and perfect the mechanism of democratic supervision. 3,The comparative study on the mechanism of democratic supervision of the Western countries. It concretely includes a simple introduction to the democratic supervision of the Western countries ,the form of democratic supervision of Europe and America, and the abuses of democratic supervision of the West. 4,The channels and countermeasures of how to strengthen and perfect the motive mechanism of democratic supervision in our countries. It concretely consists of implementing resolutely the important thinking of the three Representatives , managing to adhere to the Party's leadship and the unity of between the people being the masters and administering a country according to the law, exploring the political road of constructing the socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics , copying simply the democratic form of the West on no account, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of inner-party supervision, enhancing actual effect of inner-party supervision, sticking to the principle of democratic centralism, carrying out effective supervision and restricted power ,strengthening the system construction of democratic supervision ,increasing the supervision channels, giving full play to the function of the people's supervision, as well as perfecting the people's congress system and giving full play to its effect and superiority.
