The Construction On The Political Environment Of Governmental Administration

Report of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposes deepening the reform in administrative management system, forming 'an administrative system featuring standardized behaviors, coordinated operation, fairness and transparency, honesty and high efficiency.' To get to this goal, there must be a good administrative ecological environment which be composed of environment of politics, economy, society and culture. How to build one that suits administrative development of our government becomes a subject worthy of studying, it is because of that the environment of politics directly effects on whether the government can attaint it's goal and do it's function well.The political environmental problem of Chinese Government administration is not only a theoretical one, but a practice one as well. So the study must take all the factors into account. The political environment has direct influence on government's administration, influencing government's administrative efficiency directly. In order to enable the administration of Chinese Government to run well, we must strengthen the construction on the political environment of governmental administration.Based on the analysis of the current situation of political environmental of Chinese government administration and of the foundation on which government's administrative political environmental construction forms, the thesis propose a newvalue orientation of government's administration-harmonious development inpolitics. Following the values, the thesis puts forward a basic route to build political environment of Chinese government administration, that is, to develop leadership of the Communist Party of China, to enhance democratic and the legal construction, to advance institutional improvement and build new-type political culture, thus keeping a good interaction between administration and political environment.
