Studies On The Management System In Chinese Forest Public Security

Enhancing ecological construction and protecting ecological safety, all these have been the common subject with which man are facing in the 21st century. It's a critical move towards defending national ecological safety, implementing sustainable development strategy and constructing harmonious development between man and nature, by way of reforming present management structure of forest public security, forming a specialized law enforcement personnel to conserve wildlife resources and maintain the stability of forest society.By means of literature review, system analysis and field research, starting with analyzing in depth the present management system of forest public security, the paper sets forth the historical evolution of management system of forest public security, analyzes completely the existent problems in management function, organizational installment, establishment outlay, leadership structure, staff building, management mechanism in management system of forest public security. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the experiences of other system's public security in the management system, reveals the deep reasons of those problems existing in the management system of forest public security. Finally, the reform principles are put forward, which are suitable to the new situation.The questions approached in this paper will enrich the theory of management structural reform in forest public security. Moreover, they are also of positive and practical importance to the direction of management structural reform in forest public security.
